What is this "may be" bull? Got me. What is this "may be" bull? It seems clear to me that charges should be filed. And it seems clear a murder charge against her is fully justified. Maybe the jury will find her insane. But that's up to the jury. The tipster said Mallard drove home, had sex with her boyfriend, then went back to the garage to find Biggs still alive, according to the arrest warrant affidavit. Seems clear she had plenty of time to dial 911.
