JO:SUNW Trying to get a foot in the door that will soon be slammed on it. Once Judge KK slams the gavel it will be all over as these items will all be rendered moot under the consent degree. Additionally the suit sounds a little hollow as they had sued once before and demanded that MSFT use their old engine w/o alteration or not use it which latter option MSFT took as they did not want to pay royalties for a broken antique engine that did not work well with Windows w/o modification.JFD
