DiViT: Absolutely. This thing really shoots the entire case for the dissenting states in the foot. Also it screams enormous fear on the part of McSqueally.JFD

This is not the issue. SUNW is suing not because it cannot use the JVM but it doesn't. This will linger in the courts for 10 years before it is resolved. It is kind of silly I think.
