QBX-v...in the news: Cubix resolutions meet with square approval Cubix Investments Ltd QBX Shares issued 37,349,991 Mon 11 Mar 2002 News Release An anonymous director reports Cubix Investments has disclosed that at the company's annual general meeting held on Dec. 19, 2001, all the resolutions put before the shareholders were approved. On Feb. 20, 2002, 2,306,500 common shares, which had been acquired by the company through an issuer bid, were returned to treasury.
