I mentioned that the Verizon rep giving the demonstration of Express Network (their name for 1x) said that he had seen, and Verizon would eventually be offering, 802.11 access to a phone, as well as roaming between 802.11b and 1x. This is real and Voicestream is not going to be the only one to have it. They may have an advantage having purchased the Mobilstar assets.
