No you can't tell where we'll be in the next year, but carrier budgets have been set for this year for the most part and they weren't raising them. In fact, they've been more careful, buying in smaller amounts but more often. That makes it harder for equipment makers to give guidance. Jdsu is trading for over 6 times 03 revs plus the cash they have in hand. That's pricey. Momentum can carry jdsu higher, but it's not on the "value" side, so I don't know that it deserves a strong buy rating.
