John What are all those big new bungalows going to use for heating and cooling? It seems that the legacy of all this new construction - which may very well peak in the weeks to come as everyone tries to nail the last gasp of lower mortgages - will be a considerably higher demand for energy for heating and cooling and driving to more distant suburbs. I suppose it's being factored into overall energy demand projections, but I wonder.
