I ran the program and it did find some things but it did not fix the problem; going to call qcharts next week to get it taken care of.

There are dozens of such programs out there...I believe I tried this one....gernerally they are great....as pop-ups,etc are getting worse. They can slow your surfing down a bit...may depend on program...I don't remember which one I was using but, becareful and do a little research on which to use...some funny stuff began happening on my computer after trying several of them...maybe that was the problem?<g>
