Larry, I think you are projecting. The quoted statement is true; in 1998, it was the world's largest-scale introduction of the Li poly technology. They're not talking about today, do they? Also, it means that they hired some people whe were engaged in the past activity, which doesn't say anything about what they're trying to do today. Just my reading of the quoted passage. Greetings,
