JW - Clearly this has been a non tech lead rally overall up until this point.

Quick lets call the WSJ and the NYT and tell them. THis is huge news.

Best,

I believe BPSPX RSI was higher in Nov. 99, reaching around 90. Not much higher than now though!

Justa, I looked at BPOEX and BPSPX again. Both are at 3 year highs which is quite incredible. Still, they may go quite a bit higher yet after some consolidation/retrace analogous to that in mid Nov 01 to early Jan 02 period (look at RSI behavior during that period.) I am NOT saying they WILL go higher, just that they MAY go higher by April-May. The higher they go, of course, the more they will drop in summer-fall but, for now, the trend is UP until it reverses. So, I agree that we are in a topping out process but that process can still take indices higher in the next few weeks. Unfortunately, I have no way of assigning probablibilities to these alternative scenarios (further rise vs drop).
