It's possible, but I think this rally has another week minimum maybe two before it wears out its welcome. If this scenario plays out I will potentially be on the Bear side the last week of March for the short term scalp.

The arktos/otc ratio is still above 10.. for reference this is actually still higher than where it topped out at the April 2001 bottom. So I agree with JT this has farther to go. Ideally it will eventually completely reverse and bottom out at 3 or 4 but that may take a while with many bumps along the way.
