Passing of stimulas bill just keeps investors/traders long in stocks like Intel, Dell---the PC industry.

...a little while longer as they wait more patiently for the pick up in tech spending.

It helps the market in that sense, imho.

That stimulus package is only cosmetics.

I see how much substance it in that bill when I get the answer from my new hire of an unemployed person in my office who I requested that he apply for customized on the job training from the state department of labor. If he comes back and says there's no money available, then the ballyhooed retraining grants for NYC areas 9/11 unemployed has been sucked dry by the slick for profit schools like Chubb, DeVry and Lincoln Tech. I think they are publically traded.
