Don't worry I report them. If I wasn't going to I'd never talk about it here. In 1999 I bought options on Orcl and made about 40 K when it went to da moon. Oh yes I paid the piper for that. I just thought it may have been my brokerage and not a standard practice in the industry. I still think it's strange that they don't report it on the 1099. Ted
