The Target competition is Wal-Mart's only risk at the moment. Target has good management and I suspect their moves have a lot to do with what Wal-Mart decides to do. Target is more "trendiar" in my opinion and their method of marketing is superb. No matter how large one becomes, there is always someone right behind you.
