BTW everyone loses in nuclear war especially kids who die from cancer ten years from the use. I know a little bit about it, my wife is 1/2 Japanese. She think Truman did the right thing. She know how Japanese men can be. <g> No USSR's goal now is survival but they are doing it by selling quite a few nukes of their own. If you want to know how's buying, take another look at the list...then ask yourself why??? I guess it comes down to this rich, do you really think that there would ever come a time when an American President would actually fire off one these doggies UNLESS our survival were at stake? I don't and I know you don't either. A very wise man told me that in business it is prudent to plan, just don't set your heart on every plan because circumstances change, rendering your plan useless. The same is what's going on here. We are letting these aggresors know we have changed plans. Nothing is off the table. Let them act accordingly. It's gonna make some of them think twice next time rich, and all we have to do is let em know, well, anythings possible. ????? Kinda like Clint Eastwood doing the "Well punk, do ya feel lucky? Well, do ya Saddam?
