Tip

I'm sure planning for capacity is adequate, barring natural or manmade disasters. Once there's a trend to build more power plants I'm sure it can get a head of steam, and it doesn't surprise me that they have to cancel some. But Greenie's pumping and real estate speculation make for more longterm demand for gas, coal and heating oil. Just seems like there will be a price to pay somewhere down the line.

The baseline of demand for energy raw materials has to be rising a fair bit as a result of the housing boom.
