Unfortunately the stain on the blue dress cost the lives of others as bombings and missiles flew every time some landmark testimony was about to or did take place. I say landmark in reference to the testimony within the context of the case and not in reference to the debatable import of the case itself.

Of course the targets of the missiles and bombs at those times don't have to be noted as questionable since the obvious motivation of the acts (bombs missiles) was for the purpose of distraction. Distraction for political reasoning alone, is not a convincing argument for the abuse of our powerful military technology, and the destruction and loss of life associated with such an act.
