K-mart is a union shop ,walmart is not the difference is substantial.Kodak and poloroid had huge overhead, labor costs. At least twice what the winners of the industry are paying. When half your legal and brain trust is tied up in union negotiations 24-7 it is somewhat difficult to forge ahead in the market place, especially when a superior product coming from a country with a better standard of living is less expensive.......Enron,a favorite liberal name, clinton got big blackmail bucks from them I hear, had no union troubles just dishonest people.Global Crossing, was a scam perpetuated by the clinton administration as far as I know.
