paunch, will you never stop looking for scapegoats? The failure of XTCI lies squarely on the shoulders of the BOD, plain and simple. This is NOT a conspiracy by the regulators. The company had every opportunity and the resources to carry thru with their promises made to shareholders. IMHO, they never had a viable operation, I'll stop short of using the big "S" word though ;). The State of Arizona is not to blame for the sorry state of affairs that has befallen the company.....quit looking under the bed for boogie bears.
