FWIW, I am no fan of MSFT's practices

You seem to be no fan of commonsense, decency, or fair play either. Nor of the facts in the case.

Believe it or not, MSFT was found not guilty of its ability to innovate products such as DOS, Windows or Internet Explorer.

The only thing that you seem to be a fan of is expressing truth through pictures - your attempt to arrange life forms in ascending order of intelligence and decency on your profile page.

Why the cobra did not take the opportunity to increase the intelligence and decency quotient of the human race, I'll never know. Perhaps, it was being kind to lower life forms - a sort of decency that you'll never understand.

>>One of the only technology companies to attempt to gain ground through litigation instead of innovation.<<
I couldn't agree with you more.
I'm currently long SunW at 32, but that was my mistake.

If you think Microsoft innovates and Sun doesn't, you're not paying attention.
