o/t - to t.v. Simple search will take you there. Exempt financings within the Capital Markets section are what you're looking for. Insider trades for Alta. folks, not that trades appear to yet apply to RRL, are also housed at the ASC site. If the blundering so-and-so's at SEDI would ever get their act together all of Canadian insider trade related detail would be cached at one central site. But no..... too easy. There, vented.
