<Anyone know how to run Java on sites that have Java using XP??>

From IE:

Tools
Internet Options
Advanced
Scroll down to "Microsoft VM" and check "JIT compiler"
or Scroll to Java(Sun) and check "Use Java"

If Microsoft VM is not installed on your system do a "Windows update" it's available for download for free.

Or visit the Sun site to download their Java/JIT.
