I don't know anymore. The market may respond favorably as far as I can tell. I mean, presumably, everyone is pricing in the risk of war and future terrorists attacks in this new bull market. So my guess is that an attack on Iraq is a minimum +500 pts on the COMP....+1000 if we use a nuke. And if we have another major terrorist attack, that should be +1500 since the threat will now be out of the way.
