Well I didn't read the forbes article, and I'm pretty much guessing, but I'm in the fundamentalists camp given all of the comparative data historically speaking, number one... and number two, that in spite of the new era and so called innovation.... so far, war or market, not one new thing has happened in the human approach to both... therefore, it is highly likely, history still rhymes and has not itself become especially new. Ergo: gold. therein being the predictability of it all.
