Of the three defibs mentioned, MDT, which shows large holders selling more than this, relatively speaking (compared to what they continue holding) such sales only represent prudent diversification. But the sole small holder (a director), snapping up $268K worth at $47.50 on 2/21, suggests MDT may be the best of the three. This despite the fact that the larger holders sold much more in Dec & Jan at comparable price levels.
