I can see her leer and spit when she says that...just another buzzword, sort of like "choice".

No, it's what happens when, for example a miserable(impoverished) woman with six children she already can't take care of, who desperately wants an abortion, has a choice between a knitting needle, a backally abortion, or having the fertilized ovum remain and grow inside her because the police might come if she removes it when her period is late.

I put 'impoverished' in parentheses because all middle class and rich women including the wives and girlfriends and daughters of the anti-choice politicians will have safe abortions, as they always have.

The rich will get richer and abortions, the poor will get poorer and more unwanted children who will themselves have more unwanted children! It's exponential! Good thinking.
