Oh, stop with the "a good defense is a strong offense"......if there was any stealing of the election, you'd have to talk to Bush and his brother, not Gore. Your comments would be funny if the issue weren't so serious.

Oh please. Gore conceded the election to Bush. Gore took back that concession. Gore tried to selectively recount counties that would have helped him. Jessie Jackson tried to convince everyone that Palm Beach was too dumb to vote a ballot that 1st graders could use.

Dems were giving cigarettes for votes up north. The polls were forced to remain open in heavy Dem territory past closing some places. The networks announced Gore the winner of FL while the polls were still open in heavy Rep territory in FL.

You mention that Gore won the popular vote, but you fail to mention that it has been proven that Bush would have won FL if the full state-wide recount (that the Dems were pushing for so heavily) had happened. Since the electorial college was part of the rules before the start, it's clear that, even with the hypothetical recounting, Bush was the clear winner.

BTW, Alec Baldwin should keep his word and move out of the counrty. Anybody that says Henry Hyde should be "stoned" for supporting Clinton's impeachment has no place in a sensible discussion. It's amazing what the raving liberal segment of the Dems can say and get away with.
