From the chart of HTP we can see the stock broke through the resistance of it's 20EMA last week on average volume and appears ready to test the resistance of it's 50MA. The chart indicators are bullish and if the stock can break through it's 50MA could have considerable upside potential.

Mr. Donald Busby reports
EAST LOST HILLS PROSPECT
Hilton Petroleum's chairman, Don Busby, reports that the East Lost Hills
No. 4 well has been drilled to its total depth of 20,500 feet and the rig
has been released. The well should be perforated by the end of March.
The East Lost Hills No. 9 well is at a depth of approximately 20,950 feet
and is expected to continue drilling to a total depth of 21,100 feet. The
company anticipates that both wells will be completed and tested within the
next 60 days.
