DCTN,I picked this post from BOBz. FLOAT APPROX 693K, IR SAYS FIRST ACQUISITION CLOSED..READ HERE PLEASE! [DCTN] paperguy [208.233.255.169] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- According to IR the recently announced LOI signed between Interglobe and Homeland Security, a new subsidiary of DCTN, closed Friday. He indicates news should be out after tomorrows close or early Tuesday. Shares for this acquisition came from Homeland so no dilution to current share structure for closing this acquisition. Float remains extremely small. Interglobe is currently negotiating with 12 smaller security companies for acquisition in Canada and USA. Word is DCTN already has secured the necessary funding to close on these deals for Homeland Security. Interglobe projects there revenues to increase 6 fold this year. Accumulation started Friday and spread finally looks respectable. Many shareholders got in before the 1 for 100 R/S and are looking at average share prices over $2. This tells me not much selling can be expected until price moves substantially. Keep this one on your radars and call new IR to confirm all of this. 1-866-688-6300. This one is worth watching IMO.
