I wanted to say one more thing. Keep an eye on the trading in FNM over the next couple of weeks. A breakout of its 18 month trading range in close at hand. The direction of the break will most likely flow with the direction of the market overall.

It seems to me that many are looking for reasons/excuses for NOT getting long the market. You'll always find plenty of reasons/excuses, if that's what you look for, no matter what the market does.
