Sir, unfortunately I have to disagree with that post with the introduction of the Rydex Dynamic Venture 100 fund finance.yahoo.com which moves twice in the opposite direction of NDX nav is 64.10 on Feb 21, now 47.11 you can profit on the downside as much as it is on the upside !!! plus, I am not willing to wait 20 years for that buying opportunity, I might be dead by then !!!
