Right now, the impetus for "some" growth, is simply rebuilding severely depleted inventories and some capital investment by business. Look at the last six months in the semi equipment market, the bookings and shippings have been running at some $750 MM monthly, probably half of that being servicing of existing equipment, sooner or later a small increase (which will "look" large if it goes to a monthly rate of $1 to $1.5 B on a monthly basis) will have to occur. Not enough, IMTO, for the way semi equip are priced, but enough to give the "feeling" that a recovery is in motion.
