Carly and Capellas should be hammering WW right now and should be pushing the merger non-stop right now and not-stop until the vote is tallied.
Certainly they must know of and could have released the name of, this morning, at least one institutional shareholder, with more shares than calpers and who supports the merger.
This is not the time to get lazy, go slack, or take their eyes off the ball.
No rebuttal, in one form or another, from Carly and Capellas this morning is just plain DUMB, imo.

Now's the time for the UPsides to arrive and get PUBLICIZED !!

I do believe we'll start seeing FORs being announced and some appropriate appearances by Carly and Michael !!
