No question about it. That's why I mentioned the possible bullish reversal pattern, increasing volume and a possible double bottom. (I believe in using filters.)

You can also add to that, the NASDAQ breaking out of a falling trading channel and the condition of the market indicating that the economy was improving.

The timing seemed right to me. JNPR adding on another 11% as I type.

I have been mentioning I thought the time was right to establish some longer term positions in some of these beaten down tech stocks. The DOW has had an incredible run, the NASDAQ has lagged. One could make a case that we will see some rotation into the NASDAQ until pre-announcement season. I won't make that case though, I don't want to think that hard. I'll let my pet monkey continue to feed me information, he's been on a roll of late.
