bruce,

I don't really follow vrsn, nor am I much of an expert on the telecom sector. One of my rules is that I should know/follow the sector to a certain extent, before I go for a stock.

So I don't want to say anything, based about an interpretive type of indicator. Sometimes this is however interesting to do - look at an indicator from stock you know nothing about. MFI interpretation isn't by any means exact.

Knowing your sector fundamentals is important in my opinion, and should probably come first, or close to it.

One reason I've been lurking over here is to learn more about Elliott theory, as I think this could work very well with interpretation of the money flow index indicator.
