T, As long as you are not like one of my Mother's friends. She made a windfall in real estate and was shocked that the govt. wanted a share. State wanted a bunch, too, as this was California. I told her, "but that means you made lots of money." "Yeah, but I've already spent it." No <g> I know you planned better than that. BTW, they ended up taking all of her personal property and taking a big chunk out of every paycheck for a very long period of time. And she also got real cold in the real estate investing at the same time. I think she finally found a sucker to marry her.
