Not necessarily... 6 month anniversary, quiet listless day, and also that mantra of buying to be patriotic... or at least not selling aggressively. BKX is on the strong side today, the move in it the past 2 and a half weeks looks a little like "a third of a third" A/D numbers not impressive today.. NYSE Adv/Dec 1332/1759, Nasdaq Adv/Dec 1580/1861. EDIT: Interestingly, the TICK has just leaped to it's high of the day at the 2 PM rally window........ maybe a buy program in the next 15-20 minutes.
