Cheryl - I am only questioning the grounds for the suit and the amount of effort it will require. I think that McNealy sincerely believes, as many do with good justification, that MSFT practices have harmed the industry. But is this really a good use of SUNW political and financial capital? Perhaps a series of more surgical suits with more clearly defined outcomes, which could have been pursued more quickly, would have been better. This one seems to me like Ahab going after Moby Dick (pun intended).
