ot, i have a late 80's dave scott ironman centurion road bike, and a mountain bike, i never bought into the value of buying one of those big price designer bikes, it's kind of like buying yahoo at 250 -g-, just a bunch of flash and panache. i use to ride regularly with a bunch of guys, did triathlons, biathlons, nordic ski marathons, etc. i did several nordic ski marathons in europe and canada. but we all got older and moved physically apart, then i got into this t/a market stuff, and plan to master this hobby to the levels I mastered my athletic pursuits, I think i'm still a couple of years away.
