Unlikely. Except for some Siemens embedded processors, Germany didn't produce any until AMD opened the Dresden fab. It would be unlikely that Germany would has put a tariff in place after the fab started shipments because tariffs generally aren't applied proactively.

if you are not for intel then you are against intel - death toward all Europeans .....
