but if you consider such issues as those active in conflict and those just going about their daily lives and getting killed, the numbers may well be a lot evener. If you consider those dying while actively involved in combat the Palestinian number will be bigger for two reasons. 1 - The Israelis are not going after people who are not either currently actively involved in fighting or who have committed violent acts in the past. and 2- The Israelis have more firepower.
