I would add that of the 14 stocks I have checked max pain for only a few are above the level where less than max pain will result on Friday. dpmi is over $7 above and is probably safe to stay above. klac is a couple of $ above so will probably slide. nvls about $3 above so will probably slide. wcom is about $3 below and $3 is a mountain to climb at current level. All this is subject to 1) validity of premise that stocks will come to max pain by Friday and 2) changes in max pain price between now and then.
