These tariffs are twenty years too late, Reagan blew it when we had a chance to save the steel industry, it is dead now, this is strictly a ploy by Bush to suck out a few rust belt votes while irritating every other country that is part of WTO

You talking about the Harley tariffs? Could have been....the part I remember is being disappointed in the decision at the time (pretty much the same as now with the steel tariffs)....I think Ronald Reagan was the most significant President of the second half of the century and nobody bats a 1000.
