Well, Dave, I know your intent is always good. I disagree with the right to keep and bear arms. Should Americans have the right to "keep weapons of mass destruction" for the purpose of self defense under that pretext? As technology evolves it is possible for individuals to do so. That law is obsolete and our death rate from hand guns etc verifies that it is an obsolete and barbaric law in the 21st century in the USA.
