That's why it is so important for people to understand that when Don Rumsfeld said he was closing the OSI, the Office of Stategic Influence, he did not say he was rescinding the contract with the PR firm that was to be creating the disinformation and propaganda. They are still working for the War Rackets Deptartment. But under no name that is publicly available. Weird, huh? They lie to us about not lying. The Bush team knows the truth, and they know that much of what they let out to the press and public is propaganda and lies. With just enough truth to fool some with a false sense of credibility. -Ray
