Wrong again..........Bush Sr. is who screwed up that one.......Clinton inherited the mess.


I agree Bush Sr. should have pushed on to Bagdhad, but Clinton made the mess many times worse.

When Hussein ejected the weapons inspectors, that was a clear violation of the peace treaty. Hostilities should have ensued immediately if they were not allowed back in.

Guess what? Your boy Clinton was at the wheel when that happened and he didn't have the backbone to do anything about it. The same with the Cole, and the embassy bombings.

Bin Laden has even called out these events as reasoning he thought he would get away with 9/11. Clinton showed the world the US had no backbone...that's effective foreign policy?
