I (think) that most of the investors are not as stupid as these investment experts thought. They thought this 6 to 10% up of new IPO is a bubble. Why some of the IPO sold out in a short time and why other sit there and nobody wanted it, there must be a good reason for it. People will look into financial of each company..Why sardine is good and why power is good and why not many people wanted to buy ice pack..there must be a good reason. The reason is good financial and good earning provide good dividend. This is the reason that I buy income trust more than I buy common stock. I wanted income.

Question for the board: I have three Trusts now in my LT acount. I have made that account a DRIP - "Dividend Re-investment". Does anyone have any experience with how that works?

1. Does the company (eg. PWI) calculate my dividend and then issue me new stock and transfer same to my acount?
OR
2. Does the company calculate my dividend and then purchase existing stock for me?
OR
3. Does the company pay my bank the dividend and my bank buys new stock for me?

And when I get this DRIP re-investment, do I have to pay transaction fees on it each month?? Just wondering aloud. Any help appreciated. Called my bank for answers and the message machine advised me that the wait would be 20 minutes "or more"!!! :)
