Nokia To Supply 3G Radio Access Networks To T-Mobile

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Finland 's Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK - news) (NOK) said Tuesday it has been selected by T-Mobile International AG (G.TMO) of Germany to supply third generation wireless radio access networks in Europe.

Nokia, which didn't disclose financial terms of the deal, said that it has been chosen as a major network infrastructure supplier for T-Mobile International's 3G WCDMA networks. Deliveries will start in the near future, the Finnish company added.

T-mobile International is part of Deutsche Telekom AG (DT). WCDMA, or wideband code division multiple access, is a mobile phone network standard.
