I don't understand HWP's strategy.

Instead of releasing the name of a large institutional shareholder who will vote for the merger, in response to WW and the calPERS/WF announcements, HWP announces that their board may resign?
What kind of an ass-backward strategy is that?
Why don't they come with something positive.
Where is Capellas?
Why aren't Carly and Capellas doing a road show in support of the merger?
All I see and hear is WW, WW, WW!
Carly and Capellas dropped the ball, imo.
Their campaign has been extremely lame in the last 2 weeks.
Even if they believe that the deal is in the bag, which I doubt is the case, they should keep hammering away and pouring on and pumping the support.
