Ammo has learned the art of subtle payback. Last night, he was on my computer and he went to look for a picture of something... this led him to my program files, eudora, attachments. There was a horrible scream from the study. Dan and I ran in, thinking something awful had happened. "OhMYGOD!" Ammo says, in a terrible voice. "I can't believe the condition of these files! Don't you ever clean them out? This is disgusting! I've never seen anything this awful." I had no idea that you were supposed to clean out files. There were thousands of these little icons, weird things- I think Freddy is responsible for a lot of them, because there were a bunch about Pat Buchanan-- Ammo said,"I;m going to clean these out. It will take hours, though." I thanked him- and he said, "Oh no that's allright. I enjoy cleaning out computer files." It was a perfect paraphrase of me and my sanctimonious mommy, "Oh no, I LIKE to do dishes.." As I left the room, I heard him say, "I just don't know how she can live like this.."
